Dear AU Exchange Author
Genre thoughts: I love both the fluffiest of fluff and the smuttiest of smut. I don’t expect to see both in the same fic, but if you can make it work, power to you. I have a complicated relationship with angst - it’s fine if there’s some there, but I prefer it conclude with a happy ending. Given that I have multiple fandoms that include teenagers, please make sure everyone is 18+ - and that it’s made clear in the fic - if there’s going to be any smut.
Character death thoughts: Permanently killing a main character is a big fat DNW for me. Refe rencing the death of a minor character is okay, as long as it’s not a primary plot point. Basically - fic opens at a funeral or passing reference to someone that died before the events of the story, okay. Minor character dying in the middle of the story, DNW. Temporary character death is okay, as long as the resurrection occurs at the end of the story. Fix-it option for anyone dead in canon.
Pregnancy/kid fics: Yes please. I adore all sorts of kid fics. While I’m okay with mpreg as a general concept, I don't really see it fitting any of the requests this time.
SFW DNWS: on screen-death of any character, permanent death of a major character, angsty endings
NSFW DNWS: dub-con/non-con (unless otherwise explicitly stated), extreme kink, body fluids not meant to be involved in sex
Captain America

Most of these are pretty self-explanatory and several of them can be overlapped.
For Steve/Howard, it can be set in the 1940s for Steve doesn’t crash the plane, set whenever you want for Steve is found sooner, and set anytime after 1991 for Howard and Maria don’t die (and possibly also Steve is found sooner depending on the time frame). My two asks - if any part of the story takes place in 1970 or later, Tony is still born, and Howard doesn’t cheat on Maria - either they were never married or they divorce before Howard starts up with Steve.
For the Harry Potter AUs, the hill I am willing to die on is that Steve Rogers is a Hufflepuff. Other than that, I don’t have any House preferences.
Please don’t include Secret Invasion for a Maria-centric fic.
Captain Marvel
Carol Danvers, Carol Danvers/Nick Fury
For Carol stays on Earth, it can be after Captain Marvel, during the five years between The Snap and The Blip, or after Endgame. I’m not picky. Carol/Steve is down in the MCU section, so that’s a pairing option too.
Alternate Ending AU can be for Captain Marvel, Endgame, or Secret Invasion if you want to stick her in there (no surprise cameos through episode four, but she’s been name-dropped enough it wouldn’t come out of nowhere).
I’ve written Fury as a Gryffindor in a Harry Potter AU before, but I don’t have any strong feelings on who is in what house.
Iron Man
James “Rhodey” Rhodes/Tony Stark
Please don’t include Secret Invasion in a Tony/Rhodey fic. I might change my mind after episodes 5&6 air, and if so, I’ll edit this letter.
The main thing I have in mind for Civil War resolved differently is Rhodey not getting accidentally shot down by Vision, but I’m open to other changes.
The other MCU tags are pretty self-explanatory. I basically want Tony & Rhodey to have a happily ever after. Alternate Ending AU can hit the movies not specifically listed.
For the Harry Potter AUs, I haven’t given much thought to houses, though I imagine them being in the same house so Rhodey can at least try to keep Tony out of trouble.

This is the catch-all for the pairings that weren’t under Captain America, Captain Marvel, and Iron Man above. The MCU-specific tags are all pretty self-explanatory. For Alternate Ending, feel free to use any of the other movies.
I do like the idea of Howard still being alive and then struggling with the fact that Steve - someone who is his age on paper - is dating Tony.
Like with the Captain America blurb above, Steve Roger is a Hufflepuff is the hill I’m willing to die on.
Power Rangers

I am a sucker for connecting the various seasons to each other, so feel fee to include any seasons not included in the tags. I've included my favorites with what I had room for.
While I put Billy and Jason both solo, I am okay with including pairings for them - again I was just running out of room. Billy/Trini is my one Billy ship, but I do multiship for Jason - Jason/Kim, Jason/Tommy, Jason/Rocky, Jason/Adam, and Jason/Eric.
For the earlier Ranger taking a new team under their wing, Jason and the Dino Charge team are what I have in mind, but I’m open to pretty much any other scenario.
