capsquaredFirst of all, the description of Dudley's new school uniform sounds like the most hideous thing ever.
Aunt Petunia worrying that the mysterious they know where Harry sleeps. THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE FACT THAT HE WAS CLEARLY BEING ABUSED?
At least Aunt Petunia seems to have figured out that they're not going to be able to stop the Hogwarts letters from coming. It's also pretty hilarious that Uncle Vernon is using fruitcake as a hammer.
And next chapter we get Hagrid and more exciting stuff!
I'd forgotten how much shorter this first book is.
